By creating an account or using the ProfusAPI service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ProfusAPI provides access to third-party AI models through a unified API. Model outputs are generated by those models and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use them.
2. Accounts and keys
You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret and for all usage made with them.
3. Credits and billing
Usage is charged per token at the prices listed on the site at the time of the request and deducted from your prepaid credit balance.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to abuse or overload the service, or in violation of the usage policies of the underlying model providers.
5. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
